The villa is spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen. As a family with children, we loved having the extra space and the convenience of cooking our own meals. The rooms have private balconies overlooking the beach, which gave us breathtaking views every morning. It was a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Hikkaduwa. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept the rooms cool and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The quality mattresses were an added bonus for a restful stay. We appreciated the hot-water ensuite bathrooms, especially after a long day of exploring. It felt luxurious to have the choice between a shower or a relaxing soak in the large corner bathtub. The hand-crafted timber furniture added a touch of elegance to the rooms. We also felt secure knowing that there was a room safe and lockable closet to keep our belongings. The large roofed veranda in front of the villa provided a lovely shaded space to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. The double room had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer, making it convenient for our family's needs. Some units offered views of the pool or garden, adding to the overall tranquility of the surroundings. All rooms had a comfortable seating area where we could relax and spend quality time together as a family.
Personally, we found one feature of the villa less appealing. The mini-fridge in the room was a bit noisy at times.

Great beachfront location, nice pool, friendly & helpful staff, daily room cleaning. Basic but adequate for a chill beach holiday.

The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach south of Hikkaduwa. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and simple but beautiful rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel also has a clean pool, perfect for a relaxing swim. We also loved the fact that the hotel is affordable and has a restaurant right between the beach and the pool, serving delicious food. Additionally, transportation was convenient with tuk tuks always available outside the hotel.
Nothing, it is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hikkaduwa. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was initially booked in a single room on the land side, but the owner kindly changed my accommodation to a room in the main building on the sea side. The staff was attentive and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach with easy access to many other good restaurants in the area. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant in the hotel offered affordable and delicious meals. There were also tuk tuks available outside the hotel for easy transportation. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cannot find any fault.
